Job Title : Marketing Representative (Medical)

Salary : $75,000 per year (base salary), plus bonus and benefits
Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute field marketing strategies to increase the clinic’s visibility and engagement within the local medical community. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers in the medical field. Present the clinic's services, treatments, and benefits to physicians, office staff, and potential referral sources. Coordinate and attend events, educational seminars, and networking opportunities aimed at promoting the clinic’s offerings. Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing regular updates to the leadership team. Collaborate with the clinic’s internal marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Identify and target new potential physician partnerships or referral sources within the region. Assist with lead generation and developing marketing collateral specific to the medical specialties of pain management and orthopedics.
Qualifications : Proven experience in field marketing, with a focus on healthcare or medical services, preferably with experience in pain management or orthopedics. Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and experience in marketing to physicians and medical professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
