About Us: At Rick Cargo, we are more than just a logistics company. We operate a fleet of 20 semi-trucks specializing in local, regional, and OTR hauling. Our 13,000 sq. ft. warehouse with 4 dock-height doors supports services like storage, cross-docking, load repairs, fulfillment, and more. We are growing fast, fueled by a passion for reliability, efficiency, and exceeding client expectations.

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a hungry, result-oriented individual who loves to achieve and grow in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Whether you’re a recent graduate or have at least 1 year of sales experience, this role is perfect for someone looking to build a career where your success is directly tied to your efforts and creativity.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales • Engage new clients and introduce them to our logistics and warehouse services. • Promote our offerings, including storage, cross-docking, fulfillment, and more. • Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers. • Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Actively pursue leads, follow up on referrals, and convert opportunities into revenue. • Maintain detailed records of sales activities in a CRM system.

Marketing • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that drive customer interest. • Participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the company and promote services. • Share marketing content across various platforms to raise brand awareness. • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends. • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging in all interactions.
