Our Boston based CPG client is looking for a Copyeditor with 2+ years' experience for an immediate long term contract.
Responsibilities Work closely with other members of the Copy team to review: manuals, packaging, displays, emails, social posts, and banner ads for spelling, grammar, consistency, clarity, style, and brand voice Edit and proofread written content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax. Work across multiple creative teams to ensure copy is clear and accurate Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving editing techniques. Offer copy suggestions when necessary
Qualifications
3+ years of related work experience—internal or external agency experience preferred--specifially experience proofing, editing and a strong grasp of grammer is a must for this role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in the CPG/retail space is a plus Any bilingual skills (French Canadian, Brazilian Portuguese, or a dialect of LATAM Spanish) would be a bonus
