Description
Position Purpose:
Perform all phases of applications systems analysis and design. Analyze systems specifications and develop applications to support information systems processes. Prepare detailed specifications from which complex programs will be written. Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain these programs. Formulates scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
Location:
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday and is onsite at One Century Plaza in Nashville, TN. There is the possibility of a flexible work arrangement once training is complete, and performance standards are being met.

What You'll Do:
- Manages internet content through editing, proofreading, project troubleshooting, testing, research, and client liaison services.
- Ensure all association branding regulations and standards are met for proposed projects and monitors projects for potential infractions.
- Direct project teams in the development and implementation of internet applications. Serves as liaison to internal and external customers and vendors.
- Assists in client training.
- Bachelors in a job-related field.
- 4 years of communications, graphic design, or publications, and internet navigation experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service organizational, presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical or critical thinking skills.
- Good judgment skills.
- Excellent editing skills for spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of multimedia software.
- Knowledge of Web content management systems.
- Photography - Expertise in camera equipment, lighting, post-processing software; strong creative and communication skills
- Videography - Expertise in video equipment, filming, editing software, and storytelling
- Graphic Design - Advanced skills in design software and production
- Computer Programming - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Dreamweaver
