Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating events, and managing marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for brand development and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing collateral, ensuring all materials are up to date and available as needed.
Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer insights to support strategy development.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data for marketing reports and campaign performance.
  • Maintain a database of industry contacts, potential partners, and relevant market information.
Event & Promotional Support
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, product launches, and customer events.
  • Handle logistics such as venue bookings, promotional materials, and event coordination.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of event participation and sponsorships.
Sales & Customer Support Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, brochures, and proposals to support business development efforts.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide insights for marketing improvement.
Administrative & Miscellaneous Support
  • Assist in the development and proofreading of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for marketing documents and resources.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing-related software.
