- Event Coordination:

- Handle logistics, such as coordinating with vendors and preparing materials.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar.
- Manage the department's inventory of promotional materials.
- Organize and archive marketing assets and files.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
- Prepare reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are an advantage.
