Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's initiatives by coordinating and implementing marketing activities, campaigns, and events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Support:
    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure campaign deadlines are met.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
    • Compile data and present findings to inform strategy.
  3. Event Coordination:
    • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing-related activities.
    • Handle logistics, such as coordinating with vendors and preparing materials.
  4. Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain and update the marketing calendar.
    • Manage the department's inventory of promotional materials.
    • Organize and archive marketing assets and files.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software.
    • Prepare reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook), email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
