Description

Hudson Automotive Group is searching for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the regional marketing director and creative team to manage and implement monthly digital marketing and advertising campaigns! This is a fully remote, full-time position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, TN, IL, MA, MI, OH, PA, LA, AL, or KY.

From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with individual dealership goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field
  • 1-2 years professional experience preferred
  • Automotive Agency, Automotive In-House Marketing and/or Customer Service experience preferred
  • Some copywriting and design experience preferred
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Must be self-motivated, extremely organized, task and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives.
  • Must be flexible in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Must maintain focus and constructive behavior under pressure.
What you'll do:
  • Support the regional marketing director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy.
  • Coordinate with project coordinator to monitor and maintain production timeline for all projects.
  • Maintain constant communication with team on deliverables status and current work-in-progress using internal processes
  • Implement assets to websites, third-party and any other marketing mediums
  • Manage and maintain dealership websites
  • Assist with resolving dealers' questions, issues and needs in a timely manner
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of compliance requirements for all manufacturers
  • Work ahead of dealer deliverables; what you know in advance, do in advance
  • Assist in creating monthly reports to show campaign performance including website, third-party and PPC campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of CRM systems, SEO, social media, digital marketing, and google analytics and adwords
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the team and our dealers.
