Job Description:
Percepta House is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns and help us reach our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate and support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Help manage marketing events and promotional activities.
• Support social media marketing efforts (excluding social media management).
• Analyze campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to think creatively and proactively contribute ideas.
• Previous experience in marketing or internships in a related field is a plus.
