Job Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive scalable demand generation strategies. You will own the lead funnel, oversee our ABM motion, and ensure effective execution of paid ads, SEO, and product marketing efforts. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a growing team of 3-5 marketers, aligning all marketing initiatives to revenue goals.
In this role, you will create and execute integrated strategies across product marketing, SEO, SEM, and ABM outbound initiatives. You will also oversee key functions such as content creation, production, distribution, paid advertising (search and social), and organic interest generation (SEO). Your leadership will be key in boosting Aloware's brand presence, driving user acquisition, and aligning our marketing efforts with our business goals.
This is a hybrid role in Phoenix AZ, 2 days a week, and we're currently not open to remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Growth Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies that align with Aloware's business goals, focusing on contact, product marketing, SEO, SEM, and ABM outbound motions.
- ABM and Outbound Initiatives: Design and execute ABM strategies to target high-value accounts, working closely with sales teams to align efforts and drive conversions.
- Demand Generation Leadership: Drive multi-channel demand generation aligned with business goals for revenue growth.
- Own the lead funnel, ensuring continuous optimization for growth and ROI.
- Content Strategy: Lead the development of compelling content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with our brand.
- Paid Ads Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across PPC and social media channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Collaborate with SEO and SEM teams to enhance our organic search rankings, drive traffic, and optimize paid search campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies that warm up prospects and convert them into sales-ready.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth campaigns, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless marketing-to-sales integration and successful product launches.
- Events management: Oversee the organization and promotional activities for major industry events, such as HubSpot's INBOUND.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior demand generation or growth marketing role within a B2B SaaS startups environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, and ABM.
- Proven success with ABM strategies and full-funnel ownership.
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, HubSpot CRM and 6Sense. tracking, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance metrics.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with external partners.
