In this creative role, you will be at the forefront of training generative AI models to generate appropriate responses, mainly where sensitive or harmful matters and safety concerns are involved. You will work on high-priority projects for customers and review (e.g., edit or grade) work produced by others. This role consists of engaging in various writing and reading tasks, creating original and challenging prompts, generating content, and assessing the safety and accuracy of AI-generated responses, all while ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Responsibilities

What You Can Expect Day-to-Day

In this creative role, the following are the key responsibilities of the AI Writing Specialist:

• Work on various writing/reading projects to train generative AI models
• Create original and challenging prompts for an AI model to respond to
• Rank a series of responses that an AI model produced
• Based on a given topic, write a summary of that topic
• Assess whether a piece of text produced by an AI model is factually accurate or not
• Adhoc projects, as necessary

Requirements

The most successful AI Writing Specialists are driven by excellence, expertise, and innovation, and they significantly contribute to the advancement of generative AI models.

Minimum Required

This is a full-time (40 hrs. a wk.), onsite, ongoing contract position in Southlake, TX, staffed via our employer.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent, relevant writing-centric experience.
• Excellent command of the English language and its grammar rules
• Fortitude to address and review sensitive, harmful, or graphic material.

Preferred

• Completion of a liberal arts degree program that is heavily writing-focused (Journalism, Literature, Linguistics, Communication, Philosophy, History, English, or similar)
• Experience in one of the below areas:
• Animators
• Coding
• Cybersecurity, penetration testing, or digital forensics
• Education
• Professional Writing (e.g., copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, translator, instructional designer)
• Social Work or Mental Health
