Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.As a social media coordinator, reporting to the brand leader, you will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch audience preferences and Client current trendsCreate engaging text, image and video contentDesign posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products and servicesMeasure performance and track KPIsStay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectivenessFacilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queriesReport on online reviews and feedback from customers and fansWork with Manager of Social Media Strategy to develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metricsSuggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitionsCreate focused social media content through Hootsuite (or similar platform) and native channels to meet business objectivesCollaborate with marketing leadership, the digital team, and event management team members to support live event social strategy with availability as events dictateKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUnderstand SEO and web traffic dataFamiliarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channelsAbility to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactivelyAbility to work cross-functionally and independentlyCreative thinker with strong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's DegreeProven work experience in social mediaExpertise in multiple social media platformsExperience in using social media management software solutions (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Hootsuite)Experience working in Canva
