Noisy Creek, the parent company of The Stranger, Portland Mercury, Everout and Bold Type Tickets, is seeking an Advertising Coordinator for The Stranger and Portland Mercury. This role will report to the Regional Sales Director and work closely with the Sales Coordinator. This is a support role for a team of 4 sales representatives between Seattle and Portland and requires a candidate with a high level of organization, motivation and problem solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Trafficking: Working with the sales team to load all digital and print ads.
• Prospecting: Closely tracking competing businesses to assist sales reps in identifying new leads.
• Qualifying Inbound Leads: Identify and enter all inbound leads and pass to sales reps.
• Campaign Reporting: Track progress on digital campaigns and deliver timely reports to sales reps and management.
• General Support: Available when general sales support is needed ie: vacation coverage, event support etc.
• Proven experience in a support or administrative role (particularly in media or advertising).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to assess and prioritize many projects at once, under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in high pressure situations in a composed and professional manner.
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort with a high level of social interaction.
• Comfortable with outbound sales efforts and B2B communication.
• Experience with a sales CRM and Google Ad Manager a plus.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, exempt, non-union position. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, with remote work flexibility and some in-office requirements.
