Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between the marketing team and field operations. This role will focus on managing in-store signage, our corporate sponsorships (Children's Miracle Network, American Heart Association, UMHB, and sponsored events in the towns of Belton, Temple, and Waco), and project manage the (5) promotional periods throughout the year in collaboration with Category Managers and cross-functional members within the CEFCO organization. The ideal candidate will excel in organization, communication, and project management to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across our locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for our print fulfillment agency and our field operations regarding marketing materials, in-store signage, and promotions.
• Coordinate the creation, distribution, and installation of in-store marketing materials and signage.
• Lead the planning and execution of promotional periods, working closely with category managers to align priorities and timelines.
• Manage our key corporate sponsorships.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for marketing materials and signage projects.
• Gather feedback from field teams to continuously improve the efficiency and impact of marketing programs.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of in-store promotions and signage to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally, 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, retail marketing, or project management, but open to finding that driven, can-do candidate looking for marketing experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with field teams, category managers, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
