As a Sr Principal, Account Based Marketing you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing initiatives that drive engagement and growth with our key accounts. You will develop and optimize ABM campaigns, leveraging your expertise to create targeted, multi-channel marketing strategies that resonate with the audience and drive measurable results. What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a customer-focused and innovative Sr Principal, Account Based Marketing to develop and optimize strategic account go to market initiatives. In this role, you’ll partner with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive engagement and revenue growth for strategic accounts. As Sr Principal, Account Based Marketing you’ll: Develop and Lead Execution of Strategic Account Marketing Plans:

Create and implement comprehensive strategic account marketing plans, emphasizing multi-channel strategies, that align with business objectives and drive measurable results. Drive Sales Partnership and Build Qualified Pipeline:

Lead collaboration with the strategic account sales organization, SDR team and Customer Success team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, driving acquisition of new logo accounts, fostering upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and building a robust, qualified pipeline. Orchestrate and Optimize Campaigns:

Lead the orchestration and optimization of targeted ABM campaigns to drive engagement and revenue growth for strategic accounts. Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data and insights. Analyze Data and Utilize KPIs:

Identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategies and drive business outcomes. Understand and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) for Account Based Marketing to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness. What You’ll Bring: 8+ Years Experience:

Mastery in strategic account marketing, including digital marketing, marketing operations, and sales development. Software Marketing/ Sales Background:

A deep understanding of Software Marketing/ Sales as to align with Blackbaud’s Markets. Aligned Account Experience:

Proven ability to address the diverse marketing needs of multiple accounts with valuations of 6+ figures. Strategic Account Campaign Expertise:

Demonstratable and proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing strategic account campaigns in partnership with sales and customer success teams. Collaborative Mindset:

Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing operations, product marketing, and digital teams, to execute campaigns and ensure cohesive integration of lifecycle marketing and customer journey strategies. Exemplar Analytical Skills:

Ability to identify data gaps and the ability to independently seek, gain, and convey essential insights. Curiosity and Learning Mindset:
