Studio Coordinator (Part-Time) THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA STUDIO COORDINATOR As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you live your power by supporting the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience including coordinating studio operations and holding the studio to the highest health and safety standards. In alignment with our Core Values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to deliver results and sustained growth towards all current company and studio-level goals. This SC role is a part-time, entry-level position which will allow you to learn the business and develop the skillset to operate a studio. Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience Act as an ambassador of the CorePower Yoga Core Values at all times and consistently inspire these values in others. Support the Studio Manager in achieving company and studio-level goals, including membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, teacher and SET recruitment, and programming enrollment. Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week in the studio in support of operations coordination and teaching (if certified). Serve as the studio-level point of contact for students and staff if/when the Studio Manager is not present. Support maintaining an appropriate level of studio supply inventory. Engage and know your studio community consistently; greet students by name. Support our teachers' learning experience of working the POS and other pre/post class duties. Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol in the Studio Uphold high standards for the studio and ensure that the physical studio space meets the high CPY standards of cleanliness and functionality. Support communication around Smart Health Protocol to students upon entry and throughout their visit at CPY. Act as an extension of the Studio Experience Team (SET) including cleaning the studio and ensuring cleanliness protocols are followed. Lead Orientation for new Studio Experience Team members and train them on cleanliness protocol and role expectations. Coordinate Studio Systems Act as a liaison between the Studio Manager and the teaching and SET teams in training, communicating, and coordinating studio operational systems. Understand and efficiently navigate the Point of Sales System (POS). Support administrative follow-up of late cancel fees, waitlist, student support, etc. Teaching Schedule Support the studio class schedule by teaching a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values. Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills are required. Experience in Customer Service required. Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program is preferred. Yoga Sculpt teacher training is preferred. Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, etc. Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize while working under multiple deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel. THE FINE PRINT Availability must match the needs of the business and leadership schedules. Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
