What we're looking for:
10+ years of growth-oriented marketing experience with 5+ years of experience successfully leading, building and scaling B2B SaaS marketing teams
Proven experience scaling enterprise-focused and venture-backed software businesses from XM - XXM+ ARR at the top of a global marketing organization
Proven track record of developing and executing effective marketing strategies that have contributed to the growth and success of a business; with programs including: demand generation, ABM, product marketing, field/event, etc.
Experience marketing novel, enterprise-grade, and priced software products
Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise-focused marketing playbooks, ICP development, outbound demand generation campaigns, reporting and analytics structure, etc.
Highly methodical and processes-focused marketing leader, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build, scale, and iterate
Be an excellent recruiter, coach, and manager
