Location: Madison 07601, New Jersey, United States Contract type: Permanent Job ID: 2796Role DescriptionAs a Senior Manager, Digital and Consumer Marketing US, your role involves overseeing digital marketing strategies for healthcare professionals and consumers. You also manage online and print media channels for both audiences. Additionally, you develop consumer marketing strategies, including patient ambassador programs. Overall, your focus is on engaging with HCPs, consumers, and patient ambassadors to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.Responsibilities:Plan, develop, execute, and measure digital activities for HCPs and ConsumersUnderstanding and development of consumer projects and the patient language competency, including typical projects such as the patient congresses, and patient support tacticsSupport person for the Patient AmbassadorsSupport in planning, developing, and executing US omnichannel roadmap; ensure alignment with Global digital plansWork with/manage digital vendors/partnersSupport the execution of consumer and HCP media plans on time and budgetSupport person working with key digital production vendors/partners (i.e., AKQA)Key areas of digital focus include the following: Websites, IVAs, CRM & SMS, EHRs, telehealth, Webinar Solutions and Congress support, including Veeva submissions and processesSupport person for Patient Ambassadors program, including vendor management, contracts, engagement managementRequirements:5-8 years of relevant digital/CRM marketing experience (Pharma preferred)Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferredUnderstanding of the Veeva platform, including the legal, medical, and regulatory team meetings and processes/submissionsUnderstanding of multi-channel media (print and digital) social, display, programmatic, paid search, including relevant 3rd party/endemic vendorsUnderstanding of digital projects (initiation, development, and backend) including websites, emails, social media, banners, videos, including digital best practicesDemonstrates digital competency across both end-user and BackendAbility to support multiple agencies across interdependencies to build executable strategies/tacticsBasic experience with integrated omnichannel campaignsExcellent communication, writing and presentation skillsData driven decision making with user design and CX/UX at core of thinkingExperience working and partnering with multiple agencies including, project management, execution, and evaluationAbility and willingness to travel as required (Less than 10%)Beyond the skinJoin LEO Pharma, a global leader in medical dermatology, as we go beyond the skin to make a lasting impact.  Our innovative approach sets us apart.
