Your Role: As an
Interior Designer
at Lilly Architects, you’ll be involved in every phase of interior design projects—from early concepts to final construction documents. This isn’t just about picking finishes (though you’ll do that, too). It’s about creating spaces that feel intentional, functional, and timeless.
What You’ll Be Doing: Create scaled drawings and detailed contract documents using
Revit . Develop
2D and 3D models
for client presentations and reviews. Research and specify
finishes, fixtures, and furnishings
that align with project goals. Ensure designs meet
codes and compliance standards . Assist in creating studies, reports, and design narratives. Develop
space planning diagrams
and layouts that unify function and aesthetics. Prepare
finish material boards
and comprehensive design packages. Collaborate on
interior architectural detailing
and FFE selection/specification. Contribute to
marketing proposals and presentations . Maintain organized and thorough
project documentation .
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
in
Interior Design
or
Architecture . Proficiency in
Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape . Experience with
Photoshop
and
InDesign . Strong understanding of
architectural building systems . Self-starter mentality with a passion for quality design. Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent
communication skills —both written and verbal.
