Description: Under general supervision, works with Subject Matter Experts and team members to provide instructional and program design assistance for the development, continuous improvement and support of training material and / or any other kind of special required documentation based on the needs of Product Service Lines and Support Services groups. Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of instructional design experience.
Skills Required: Proficiency in Articulate Storyline Skills in other e-Learning tools (Rise 360, AI Voiceover software, Camtasia etc.) Video Editing skills Collaboration/stakeholder management, Ability to work on simultaneous projects and Ability to work autonomously.
