Associate Director, Patient Marketing San Francisco, CA (4X on-site) A reputable, mid-size Rare Disease-focused pharmaceutical company is seeking someone to lead their patient brand strategy. Responsibilities Drive Marketing activities that are supportive of the product launch with patients Have a tactical and strategic input on planning items across all patient activities, including omnichannel marketing campaigns Partner cross functionally with Management, Marketing, and external agencies Use market research and analytics data to optimize promotional marketing tactics External engagement with patients and caregivers, ensuring that the patient voice is reflected across all activites Monitor and analyze the market landscape and changes within the competitors and patient needs Develop and lead elements of the patient brand strategy Requirements Bachelor's degree required (advanced education is a +) 7+ years relevant professional experience required Tenured Patient Marketing experience required Creative agency and digital experience - preferred Launch experience - preferred Ability to leverage market insights from multiple data sources, including market research, advisory boards, and field force input, to uncover needs and develop opportunities Must have industry experience in Pharma/Biotech. Previous Consulting experience is a + A passion for engaging and advocating for patients Experience with market strategy, sales, and regulatory policies and practices Proven self-starter Strong communication and presentation skills (**Applicants please be aware this is a hybrid opportunity where the expectation to be on-site in their Greater SF office locations is required. This opportunity does provide relocation for the right candidate and must be okay to be hybrid requirements upon relocation.
