We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Digital Marketing & Operations team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, and other key digital marketing technologies to optimize the lead and customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical marketing foundation and in-depth knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems. You will be responsible for shaping and executing campaign & product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative features that drive the effectiveness of our digital marketing and operational initiatives.

What you will do: Lead the product lifecycle for marketing automation solutions (primarily Marketo, Salesforce, and related platforms), from requirements gathering and feature prioritization to development and launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, product, and data teams) to define and deliver impactful campaigns & features that improve the customer experience, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes. Leverage your technical expertise to manage data, integrations, and optimize performance across platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and other marketing technologies, ensuring seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and enhanced campaign effectiveness. Develop clear requirements, and technical documentation to support campaign & product development. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product features meet business requirements and technical specifications. Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure product performance, adjusting strategies to improve conversion, lead management, and overall marketing ROI. Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, marketing automation, and relevant technologies to ensure products remain competitive. What you should bring:

5+ years of experience in product/program management, with a focus on marketing automation and/or digital marketing technologies. Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce is required; experience with tools such as 6sense, Bizible, Drift, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Google Ads/Analytics, and other similar marketing technologies is a plus. Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex integrations and system architecture. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage product priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to tailor messages for various stakeholders. Experience in driving product/program development from concept through launch and continuous iteration. Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements and develop solutions that drive business results. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed product decisions. Preferred: Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment. Preferred: Knowledge of marketing data systems, including lead scoring, attribution, and reporting. Preferred: Familiarity with A/B testing, product analytics, and customer feedback tools.
