THE POSITION – LN, URBAN CREATIVE / ART INTERN
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in various aspects of the live entertainment business. You can also expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, up to 25 hours per week.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Support Marketing team in all priorities
Collaborate with marketing leads and partners to deliver top-quality digital, print, and OOH ad assets
Evolve and establish the visual aesthetic for divisional communications, sales presentations, and the consumer.
Work with creative manager on creative services for the general team (graphics, video content, web, backdrops, merch, etc.)
Shoot and edit original content as needed
Design assets for all digital properties including social media, email, website, etc.
Stay up to date with emerging artists, pop culture news, and trends in media/technology
Come up with creative new ideas for festival and tour branding
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Learn the process of designing for multiple live event properties
Learn how to properly take creative feedback and implement that feedback
Learn how to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external organizations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe suite including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects
Ability to create pitch decks with PowerPoint, Keynote, or other programs
Photography and videography skills are a plus, but not required
A good eye for different aesthetics and ability to adapt creative based on an artist or festival vision
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
Junior or Senior standing
Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
Creative thinker and problem solver
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50+ lbs. and occasional sitting.
This program is during Spring 2025.

COMPENSATION
The expected compensation for this position is: $16.00 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
