We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong client relationships by providing expert guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Work with builders, contractors, and designers to introduce our kitchen and bath products and services from our office or showroom.

Consultative Sales: Understand client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and assist with product selections to ensure a perfect fit for their projects.

Product Expertise: Become an authority on our offerings, including cabinets and countertops, to effectively guide clients through the selection process.

Sales Support: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets, handle inquiries, and follow up on leads generated by the team.

Project Coordination: Collaborate with clients to prepare accurate quotes, designs, and timelines, ensuring smooth project execution.

Customer Service: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through delivery, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and provide valuable feedback.

Qualifications:
3 years proven experience in inside sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement, construction, or related industries.

Proficiency in 2020 cabinet design software.

Strong understanding of the building and remodeling process and the needs of contractors and builders.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Proficient in CRM tools and sales software.
