The Helper Bees (THB) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Director of Marketing
to lead our marketing strategy and execution. At THB, we empower older adults and their families by providing seamless access to quality, affordable in-home care providers. What you'll do: As Director of Marketing, you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement. You'll collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns, inspire a high-performing marketing team, and amplify our presence in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and lead strategy:
Craft data-driven marketing initiatives that align with THB's business goals and mission. Drive brand growth:
Elevate THB's brand through strategic messaging, social media, and optimized digital campaigns. Enhance digital presence:
Oversee a website refresh, manage SEO/SEM efforts, and drive targeted email and social media campaigns. Collaborate and align:
Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and marketing enablement tools. Analyze and optimize:
Use performance metrics and A/B testing to refine strategies and maximize ROI. Mentor and inspire:
Build a culture of accountability, innovation, and results within the marketing team. Requirements
Who you are: You are a passionate leader with a proven track record in developing impactful marketing strategies. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring a strategic mindset, and inspire teams to deliver measurable results.
Experienced:
8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles in strategy and execution. Data-driven:
Skilled in analytics and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable outcomes. Collaborative:
Adept at cross-functional collaboration and communicating with senior stakeholders. Mission-aligned:
Excited by THB's mission to transform the in-home care industry. Innovative:
Continuously seeking new ways to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Expertise in B2B marketing strategies, digital marketing, and sales enablement. Experience in fast-growth or startup environments is a plus. What's in it for you:

The ability to observe details at close range (typically on a computer screen) This position is a hybrid role and will require the candidate to be in The Helper Bees physical office multiple times each week, and during special events as needed. During remote work days, this position offers the flexibility of remote work at approved locations within the United States. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a designated work environment conducive to professional phone calls and sensitive data.
