Title: Digital Graphic Designer

Location: Juno Beach, FL - 3 days onsite per week

looking for someone with dynamic graphic designer. motion graphics experience is required. that is where they are going. make that a requirement. she talked about the large enterprise background is helpful so they are used to all of the red tape. Must have big corporate experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, with a focus on social media advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific design requirements.
• Experience in creating adaptable content that can be repurposed for various channels and formats.
• Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout.
• Ability to create engaging animations and GIFs is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle feedback and revisions constructively.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in creating successful social media ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
