Key Responsibilities:


  • Spearhead the development of eye-catching, engaging content for all social media platforms, including static graphics, videos, and photos that captivate our audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful short-form content (Instagram Reels, TikTok) that captures the brand's unique voice and resonates with our target demographic.
  • Lead end-to-end video production, including filming, editing, and sound design, ensuring high-quality content that sparks conversation and drives awareness.
  • Take charge of in-house and social-based photoshoots, overseeing creative direction and content creation from concept to execution.
  • Own and manage all aspects of social media, from strategy development to daily content publishing and community interaction.
  • Stay on top of the latest social trends, and adapt the strategy to push boundaries, grow our audience, and keep our community engaged.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, and provide insightful monthly reports on platform performance, especially for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including influencers, creators, and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely execution.
  • Own the influencer marketing strategy including creating detailed influencer briefs and managing contracts for paid collaborations while working closely with external creators to generate high-impact content.
  • Continuously expand the influencer network by identifying emerging voices and aligning them with our brand's vision and upcoming campaigns.
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts, website content, and other digital marketing channels to strengthen our narrative and engage with our audience.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in growing and engaging social media audiences, with a portfolio of work to showcase your achievements.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft persuasive, creative content that aligns with brand voice.
  • Proficient in creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with flexibility to adapt to business priorities.
  • A passion for storytelling, social media trends, and digital marketing in the fashion space.
