Document Solutions is on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator in our NYC location who’s passionate about writing, engaging, and delivering results. Part Writer, Part Strategist and Part Social Media Guru. You will be the Company’s content developer and “Poster” for all social media channels. You should be a storyteller, a tribe-builder, someone who knows how to connect with people in a real and genuine way both online and in person. Responsibilities include:
Researching clients thoroughly to ensure ability to write accurate, on-target content
Developing engaging content daily, based on our client’s brand voice and target audiences
Creating monthly content calendars aligned with clients’ marketing initiatives
Creating monthly reports on social performance and sharing with clients
Experimenting with new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities
Monitoring social media trends, tools and applications, and applying knowledge to increasing client use of social media
Strategizing and educating the account service team, as well as clients on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all products and services
Assisting in writing proposals, press releases, marketing plans and many other print and online deliverables
Some office responsibilities
Qualified Candidates will have:
B.A./B.S. Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
Energetic, resourceful, positive attitude and a passion for learning
Exceptional writing skills and proficient knowledge of social media channels
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
