SPAARK, Inc. is currently seeking a Graphic Design Specialist/Media Production Specialist to support the U.S. Army Telemedicine & Advanced Technology Research Center (USATATRC). This position is located at Fort Detrick, MD. This position is contingent upon successful contract award. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Materials Production Create and design new TATRC Lab static display materials for use at exercises, VIP demo's, conferences, exhibits, and trade shows specific to the programmatic theme of the event with command approval. Design and produce all scientific programmatic books for TATRC Lab hosted events and meetings to include preparation of all read ahead materials after being finalized by Chief of Staff. Design and create new print materials such as: logos, scientific posters, booklets, annual reports, pamphlets, brochures, trifolds, etc. ensuring optimal print quality and approval of TATRC command. Design and format PowerPoint presentations for command staff, lab managers and other TATRC Lab staff as requested. Continually create, update, and maintain image and video library for relevant images related to all 5 of TATRC research areas that can be used for presentations and productions. Update and print business cards for all Command personnel, Government directors and leads, and military leadership personnel. Create/produce graphics to be used in research projects and prototypes as required.

Web Design:

Update and maintain existing scientific research area web pages as required. Create archive repository websites for all TATRC Lab related events featuring schedules, speaker abstracts, bios, and downloadable presentations. Continually update and maintain content, events, news and photos on the TATRC public website and intranet, ensuring public content complies with Government OPSEC security protocol requirements and other requirements as required.

Multi-Media production Recording, Photo and Video Production Support Services:

Capture still images of official relevant TATRC events, as requested. Capture motion/video of official relevant TATRC events, as requested. Maintain and populate multi-media sites. Produce recorded interviews and discussions, using voice recording and or video recording with TATRC staff for release on social media and speaking platforms.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or other related field or 4+ years of relevant experience. Secret security clearance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software. Thorough understanding of and ability to use basic video production equipment. Thorough understanding of artistic styles, techniques, methodologies, and effects used within video production. Organized with attention to detail. Ability to work independently on an assignment. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a team.
