Job Summary: As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers directly in retail locations to promote and explain products, answer questions, and assist in the buying process. Your role will involve building rapport with customers, representing client brands with professionalism, and creating a positive shopping experience. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to making each customer interaction a memorable one, driving brand loyalty and contributing to sales goals.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers face-to-face inside retail settings, providing product knowledge and assisting with inquiries. - Promote and explain product features, benefits, and promotions to customers, enhancing brand visibility. - Build lasting relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service and addressing their needs. - Achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals through product promotion and upselling. - Stay informed on all product knowledge, promotions, and training materials provided by Luma Marketing Group. - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and effective brand experience for customers. - Maintain a clean and organized work area, representing both Luma Marketing Group and our client brands professionally.
Qualifications: - Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and within a team in a retail environment. - Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
