This role involves collaboration with architecture, interior design, landscape architecture project teams, business development, and firm management. Responsibilities: Mentorship for team members across various disciplines. Assist in Quality Assurance reviews and documentation. Support project development through all phases. Maintain high service and communication standards. Monitor staff operations to ensure project schedules and employee utilization. Business development through relationship building. Manage workload and deadlines for project teams. Develop and implement strategic business development plans. Coordinate meetings and project site visits. Perform special duties and project assignments as needed. Qualifications: Licensed Architect with management and mentorship skills. Experience as a Project Manager in diverse project types. Established relationships within the OKC AEC industry. Attention to detail and sense of urgency. Flexibility and effective change management skills.
