Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Department Operations team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the marketing department's operations platform, coordinating with marketing teams, and supporting PMO initiatives.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and manage the marketing department's operations platform.
Schedule and facilitate meetings with marketing teams to discuss deadlines, action items, and next steps for projects.
Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives.
Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within projects promptly.
Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in project management tools, especially Monday.com or Asana.
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Certifications Required
CAPM certification preferred
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
