Position Summary
The Junior Front End Web Developer is responsible for coding approved designs into working web page templates in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Will support email template creation and find creative JavaScript solutions to launch A/B tests on the website.

Qualifications
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Working knowledge of web development or web design. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have proficient knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, AJAX, JavaScript, and jQuery best practices. Proficient in cross-platform and browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with SEO, Performance, Security and Accessibility best practices. Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems.
Position Hiring Range
The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.
Compensation: $68,640.00 - $91,620.00
Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.

Position Description

- Expand and maintain existing website content utilizing our Episerver CMS
- Create responsive promotional landing pages using standard HTML/CSS best practices
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- Craft A/B tests using JavaScript snippets that run quickly and efficiently via software like Optimizely
- Support the creation of new widgets for EmailMaker, our internal email template creation app
- Document and communicate all work using project-planning tools like Pivotal Tracker and JIRA
- Possess ability to work autonomously and manage your workload and deadlines effectively
