Position Summary:

As the Supervising Producer, NA , you will drive impactful content creation across North America. This role combines production expertise, project management, and a mindset focused on results to deliver high-quality media projects that uphold Team Liquid’s reputation for excellence.
You’ll oversee the entire production lifecycle for diverse projects, mentor and guide a team of Junior Producers, and manage high-profile content initiatives. Location: Los Angeles, CA. Candidates are required to be located in Los Angeles and be in our Facility in Santa Monica at least three days a week.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of content for sponsors and Team Liquid projects, managing multiple productions of varying scope and complexity.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver impactful, creative projects.
Supervise and provide guidance to a team, developing their skills and ensuring they meet KPIs and project standards.
Advocate for team priorities and secure the resources and tools needed for successful project completion.
Provide training and ongoing development in production workflows, tools, and project management.
Manage production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial guidelines while maintaining quality.
Reconcile budgets and provide transparent financial reporting.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external clients, ensuring open communication and alignment on project goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction with deliverables and foster ongoing coordination.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years in a producer role in content production, with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Experience managing and developing a team, ensuring high-quality results.
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency with tools like ClickUp, Slack, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
A network of contractors, production professionals, and industry contacts.
A genuine interest in gaining deeper insights into gaming, esports, or digital media.
You'll Earn BonusPoints If You Have:
Experience managing productions for brands or sponsors.
Previous experience in gaming, esports, or digital media—or the ability to quickly adapt to these industries.
The ability to contribute creatively to content strategy and assist with concept development.
Knowledge of video publishing platforms (YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and how these platforms and their algorithms function.
Additional Requirements:
The nature of our games may require flexibility in working hours. The successful candidate should be prepared to work nontraditional hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure the success of our events.
The role requires the ability to travel internationally as needed to support production requirements, with travel frequency dependent on project demands.
Benefits:
The salary range for CA is: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
