Marketing Analyst - Private Investing
The Marketing Analyst is a key role on the Marketing team, focused on supporting private investing capabilities, strategies, and funds. This individual will work closely with internal teams such as product management, portfolio managers, legal & compliance, and client services to execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The position also requires close collaboration with the Marketing Strategist in the development and execution of overarching strategy and tactical plans.

Lead the strategy and execution of events, including overseeing conference sponsorships and hosted events Manage all event logistics, such as registration, attendee tracking, materials, and presentations Oversee event budgets, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships Regularly update internal teams on marketing activities, including press mentions, new content, and quarterly reports Collaborate with the marketing strategist to develop PR strategies that strengthen the brand's public image Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials Develop integrated marketing plans that include public relations, email campaigns, and event strategies Create compelling content and provide strategic marketing insights to engage diverse audiences Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree 6 to 10 years of marketing experience within the private investing sector Strong background in event management, communications, branding, conference coordination, and fundraising Excellent content creation skills with a strategic marketing focus Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across teams
