About the Role Are you a creative problem-solver with a passion for design innovation? Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Designer II
to contribute to cutting-edge packaging projects. Join a dynamic team to craft exceptional user experiences for personal care and consumer packaged goods, from ideation to production.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and refine packaging designs for personal care and consumer products, ensuring alignment with manufacturing methods and sustainability goals. • Collaborate across disciplines, including Packaging and Sourcing teams, to meet user experience criteria and ensure feasibility. • Inspire a culture of beauty and design excellence by staying informed about the latest trends in packaging design, materials, and finishes. • Utilize 3D printing technologies and user research to create innovative, functional prototypes. • Present ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders, contributing to cross-disciplinary alignment and project success.
Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Product Design, or related field. •
Experience:
At least 5 years in packaging design, demonstrated through a strong portfolio. •
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with 3D printing technologies (FDM, SLA). •
Soft Skills:
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
• Experience working with leading consumer brands • Knowledge of design for recyclability, e-commerce distribution, and user research.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Graphic design proficiency. • Experience with product innovation and concept writing. • Familiarity with engineering principles and consumer research methods.
