JOB SUMMARY:
New Riff is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Marketing Project Manager with exceptional organization and communication skills to support the Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing project timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects and campaigns are delivered on time and error free.

JOB SUMMARY:
New Riff is looking for an outgoing and highly organized Marketing Project Manager with exceptional organization and communication skills to support the Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for developing and managing project timelines and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects and campaigns are delivered on time and error free.
BENEFITS:
- Full-time, salaried position $58,000-$68,000 depending on experience.
- 40-45 hours per week, including some nights and weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Director of Marketing to develop and implement best practices for project management and marketing execution.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, assign tasks, set deadlines, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project briefs and act as the main point of contact for project-related questions.
- Respond to incoming event requests and manage communication with event coordinators and organizational leaders to vet and qualify event and sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with Lead Brand Ambassador on planning and execution of off-site Marketing events.
- Develop, update and maintain annual sales and marketing calendars.
- Manage the collection of data and customer information from offsite events and ensure that data sources are updating lists and databases.
- Manage ordering, inventory and budget for Marketing department promotional items.
Required Education
B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Required Experience
- 3-4 years experience managing marketing projects in a professional environment.
- Proven experience working with project management software (Monday.com or similar)
- Spirits/Alcohol experience preferred by not required.
- Role will be in person, based at New Riff's West Newport Campus.
- 40 hours per week.
- Expected to be in the office Monday-Friday from 9-5
