We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in owning Duke Cannon's DTC website to ensure a best-in-class experience for our customers and drive business growth. Ideal candidates are curious, customer focused, and have significant experience running a direct to consumer (DTC) website through Shopify.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day operations of Duke Cannon's DTC website. This would include but not limited to the following activities:
  • Own the merchandising calendar and submit creative requests
  • Enable promotions on site through coupon codes, gift with purchase, etc.
  • Manage assortment and inventory
  • Work through tech and customer support issues
• Optimize and grow retention programs across email, SMS, subscription, and loyalty.
• Track sales performance of website and report out results to leadership
• Be the lead expert for what best-in-class looks like on a DTC website through constant learning of the ecommerce environment
• Manage 3rd party relationships and budgets with regards to the DTC website
• Manage Duke Cannon's TikTok shop and other emerging ecommerce platforms

Experience and Requirements:
This job is for rock stars only. You must have a passion to work in a highly dynamic, fast growing, and entrepreneurial environment. Qualities of ideal candidates include the following:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and e-commerce management.
• Previous experience managing DTC daily operations with a fundamental understanding of Shopify and 3rd party tools and techniques and their impact on sales, engagement, and customer lifetime value
• Experience building email and SMS campaigns and familiarity with other retention tools on a DTC website
• A strong affinity for ownership: You love owning a problem end to end by using all the resources at your disposal, but you also know when to ask for help

• You're adaptable to change, you know how to roll with the punches and enjoy innovating new processes
• A creative, entrepreneurial mindset: the ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the passion to work in a rapidly changing hybrid working environment and will be willing to roll up the sleeves to advance the brand's interests
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in an agile and fast-paced working environment
• Ability to extract both quantitative and qualitative insights to create a best-in-class shopping experience for Duke Cannon customers and develop a data-driven approach to our retention marketing strategy

Preferred, but not essential:

• CPG experience in the personal care/grooming category
• Familiarity with Bazaarvoice, Syndigo, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Skio
