Manages the day-to-day execution of our marketing and public relations strategies. Assists in developing brand strategies with the Executive Team on an annual basis. Coordinates and executes annual festivals held on the WaterStreet market.
JOB DUTIES: •Work with the General Managers to recognize new customer and event opportunities to maximize potential sales. •Brand ambassador by embracing and reflecting the WaterStreet Restaurant culture and hospitability. •Working with the restaurant managers to ensure that all marketing materials are distributed and displayed appropriately within the restaurant or at local events. •Proactively seeking out marketing opportunities within the community to increase restaurant brand exposure. •Develop and manage relationships within the community (i.e. schools, youth sports programs, hospitals, colleges, chamber of commerce etc.). •Updating Website on a regular basis. •Emailing Music Calendars. •Creating and switching out signs on the marketplace. •Reordering branding items such as menus, business cards, coupons, table tents, etc. •Daily Instagram and Facebook promotional posts on our platforms. •Weekly report for management staff including Downtown Happenings, online reviews, and other pertinent operational info and metrics. •Identify and manage cost effective local advertising opportunities. •Special Event Planning/Support. •Identify event opportunities in designated market and coordinate/execute all aspects of event. •Evaluate each event and provide reports/recommendations for future participation. •Manage coordination of special events at the store level (i.e. anniversary celebrations, live music events, etc.). •Participate in and attend as directed all marketing department meetings/events. •Complete other job duties as assigned by the Controller and C.E.O.

Experience with graphic design and Adobe Suite programs a plus •Ability to work as a strong team player in a challenging, fast-paced environment •Inspires cooperation and teamwork through a positive attitude and with enthusiasm •Ability to remain calm and positive under stressful situations •Dependable, trustworthy •Exhibits neat, clean and professional image at all times •Committed to professional and personal self-development
