Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Marketing Director
to lead our marketing efforts in the spine implant sector. This role requires expertise in project management and a proven track record of successfully collaborating with spine surgeons to drive product adoption and market growth. The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and positioning our products as leaders in the industry. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary project leader, driving strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns within the Spine industry. Collaborate closely with spine surgeons to understand clinical needs and translate them into impactful marketing strategies and product positioning. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and communications, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans. Develop and implement strategies to launch new products and expand market share for existing product portfolios. Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to foster brand trust and advocacy. Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management, highlighting project progress, market performance, and future opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing leadership role such as new product launch and leading a project, in the medical device industry, specifically Spine Required. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with spine surgeons and healthcare professionals. Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. In-depth understanding of market research, product positioning, and branding strategies within the Spine sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel as needed to meet with key stakeholders and attend industry events.
