Duties: Manage end-to-end invitation processes for select events, ensuring seamless engagement with CxO-level customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional partners Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, including creating compelling invitations, overseeing delivery, managing follow-ups, tracking attendees, and handling response management with precision Lead multiple simultaneous programs requiring a balance of strategic vision and swift tactical execution, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving high-impact results Desired Skills/Experience: 3+ years of relevant professional experience Strong attention to detail Top-notch organizational skills and time management skills, ability to manage complex tasks quickly and simultaneously Excellent, executive verbal and written communication skills Experience using Asana, preferred Exemplary communication skills and the ability to present to executive leaders, cross-functional partners, and customers Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans 401K offered
