National Grid is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst - Commercial EE for our Customer Integration Marketing in the following locations: Waltham, MA, Northboro, MA or Worcester, MA.

Job Purpose
Become part of a Marketing team that is dedicated to helping businesses become more energy-efficient. National Grid is looking for a resourceful self-starter who is passionate about the opportunity to help promote energy-saving solutions to commercial and industrial businesses of all sizes and segments in Massachusetts. The candidate will support all aspects of campaign development, campaign launch, and ongoing campaign updates, marketing performance tracking and stakeholder engagement including frequent updates and collaboration with program managers, sales teams, and product owners. Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and plans for key clean energy initiatives in order to help educate customers and achieve program adoption goals. Review campaign creative for accuracy and marketing best practices. Gather and analyze campaign analytics and performance metrics to improve future campaigns. Manage updates to campaign landing pages and product pages on the National Grid website. Coordinate creative services requests for internal collateral development and direct mailings. Manage requests for customer data and marketing lists. Attend and represent marketing at recurring meetings with cross-functional partners. Develop relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to support the needs of the energy efficiency programs or the broader commercial marketing team. Maintain a library of commercial marketing creative. Proactively research, monitor, and analyze key marketing themes and trends to inform marketing efforts and identify new ways to engage customers. Prepare relevant documentation such as project briefs and PowerPoint presentations. Assist with purchase order requests, invoice processing, and budget tracking. Lead special projects as assigned. Maintain regular communication and relationships with our creative agency partners and provide insights on marketing strategy and targeting recommendations. Balance workload and multiple projects/initiatives at one time. Manage large marketing budgets effectively. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or a professional qualification in Marketing/Communications with 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and/or communications. Experience in leading the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns. Experience in leading marketing strategy and working with external vendors/agencies and critical communications partners. Experience analyzing campaign metrics and making recommendations based on learnings. Proficient in relevant software e.g., Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Capability Requirements
