Job Description:We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our client services team.As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for partnering with premier travel brands to create data-based, automated solutions to achieve their greater business objectives. You will leverage our industry-leading technology to manage large scale digital marketing campaigns and examine trends to provide valuable and actionable insights to our clients. This role supports the brand's clients by managing assigned campaigns, building relationships with our customers, preparing weekly analysis for clients, and contributing to the company culture. What you will doImplement a data-driven approach to optimize and budget for metasearch campaignsWork with a talented team of digital marketing, data, and technology enthusiastsSolve big problems and drive greater business objectives through digital marketingCommunicate with clients on a regular cadence via email, phone calls, and in person quarterly business reviews (QBRs)Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure key dates are metWork with leading metasearch partners to implement new product linesCommunicate digital trends that are shaping the travel industryHelp the world's largest travel brands acquire key customers in relevant marketsTrain and coach associate level talentLead strategic initiatives that inform clients on what the competition is doing and how they can respondQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Preference for related degree in marketing, economics, mathematics or business analyticsMinimum of 3+ years of experience as Digital Marketing Analyst or SpecialistSelf-motivated to achieve your goals and pursue interests without external incentives or pressureAdaptable to adjust to new situations and environmentsAnalytical - having the ability to examine and understand complex information and succinctly explain it to othersDriven - highly motivated and focused on delivering resultsEffective verbal and written communication skillsStrong data visualization as these results will be shared with clients to make more informed and strategic decisionsExperience evaluating data, looking beyond and providing recommendationsMust be able to manage large monthly ad spend budgetsAbility to work effectively in both independent and team environmentsStrong Excel background (this role works heavily within Excel)This is a full-time employment role with several rounds of interviews that will likely take 3-4 weeks minimum. Salary negotiations will happen with the agency directly.
