Your Future Impact

As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy across social media, brand, and performance marketing. You'll be responsible for engaging our three key audiences: business buyers, sellers, and brokers, by integrating various marketing tactics to elevate BizScout's presence. We're looking for someone who can wear multiple hats, bringing creativity and strategy to make BizScout a dynamic hub for business ownership conversations, educational content, and community building.

What You'll Own Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. Create compelling content that showcases success stories, market insights, and educational resources about business ownership. Build and engage our social media communities through management and conversation.

Brand Marketing: Translate complex M&A concepts into accessible, engaging content that resonates with our diverse audience. Manage our content calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling that aligns with our brand voice.

Performance Marketing: Track and analyze metrics across all marketing channels to optimize engagement, conversion, and ROI. Drive multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads for all audience segments, focusing on both organic and paid strategies.

The Experience You'll Bring

3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a broad understanding of social media, brand, and performance marketing. Proven track record of growing engaged communities and driving conversions through marketing efforts. Strong portfolio demonstrating successful marketing campaigns across different channels. Excellence in storytelling with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for various platforms and audiences. Understanding of digital analytics, conversion optimization, and campaign performance metrics. Experience in managing marketing budgets across different strategies, including paid campaigns. Strong copywriting skills with a knack for maintaining a consistent brand voice. Bonus Points If You have experience in content creation within the M&A, business brokerage, or finance sectors. You've managed marketing initiatives for marketplace businesses during scaling phases. You have skills in video content creation and editing. You've navigated marketing within regulated industries.
