Position Reports to: Social Media Manager

Ideal Experience: 7-10 years, previous agency experience is preferred

This position is available in any of the following offices: Columbus OH or Toledo OH. Our preference is hybrid or full-time to the above locations.

THE ROLE

  • Dedicated social media support to one of the agency's flagship clients: Ohio Liquor
  • Participates in virtual and in-person meetings with the client
  • Obsessed with the operations, fans and ecosystem of the client
  • Understands the ins and outs of the client by diving into the business objectives
  • Directs the agency's approach around customer care and community management
  • Incorporates industry standards into the approach
  • Develops infrastructure documents to align client/agency
  • Advises on social media software to assist
  • Revisits the response matrix based on results
  • Reports out actions and results
  • Provides 'surprise and delight' efforts for the client
  • Integrates social listening into the approach
  • Revisits and develops brand social and channel strategies
  • Loves everything social and creating great work across channels
  • Passionate around the growth of social personnel and the team
  • Stays up to date with the latest social media best practices, technologies (i.e. channels) and metric considerations
  • Ability to analyze dashboards and reports for internal/external distribution that include in-depth insights and recommendations for growth
  • Represents activities via presentations to internal teams and clientele
  • Competitive mindset to deliver leading results on behalf of Hart's clientele
  • Understands brand voice and personality and is able to execute that voice based on channel audiences
  • Background in content management and/or copywriting
  • Naturally analytical and curious
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
