Marketing Specialist

24 Seven is partnering with a well-known AEC company to help them find a Marketing Specialist for a full-time, hybrid opportunity. This role is FTE and 3-4 days onsite in Portland, Oregon.
Ideal Candidate: will have 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably working within Architect, Engineer, or Constructionas well as proficient inInDesign, PowerPoint and Word.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the proposal production process in consult with the marketing managers: writing and editing content, proposal layout and graphics, as well as ensuring quality control through proactive communication and coordination of the proposal lifecycle. • Proposal layout using InDesign, in consult with Creative for brand continuity. • Performing pursuit close-out, including proposal deconstruction, internal debriefs and reviewing competitor proposals. • Maintenance of marketing data systems. • Translating complex concepts into compelling marketing materials. • Creating print and digital marketing collateral, including but not limited to new business proposals, brochures, and content for the website and social media.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications. • Proven experience in Marketing or Communications. • Experience working with an Architect, Engineer, or Construction firm strongly preferred. • Proficiency in InDesign, PowerPoint and Word. • Ability to compile, hone and copyedit large amounts of content-synthesizingcontent from multiple contributors-into cohesive proposals and client materials. • Visual communication and layout skills.
