Job Title: Designer Location: Remote (US) Start Date: Asap Duration: 3-6 Months Pay Rate: $35-40/hour DOE Responsibilities • Develop and execute design concepts for a variety of creative needs, primarily focused on digital marketing campaigns and events, including web banners, email marketing, social media assets, and large-scale print graphics. • Present a range of design options for each project, offering creative solutions that allow for flexibility while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines. • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, designers, and producers to deliver cohesive, impactful marketing materials. • Refine and adjust design work based on feedback, maintaining high standards of quality, clarity, and brand consistency. • Produce accurate, production-ready files in various formats, sizes, and specifications suitable for both digital and print. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices, including the latest developments in AI design tools, to continuously enhance creative output. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years of design experience in an agency or client-side environment. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and event design for various platforms. • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), familiarity with Figma, and experience with AI tools is a plus. • Excellent understanding of digital design principles, including banners and email marketing • Proven experience in event design, including large-scale print graphics that maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
