Requirements include that you are able to Design seamless customer experiences Take our vision, combine it with yours, and create beautiful, intuitive things Work with a fast-paced team and roll with the punches Work with tight timelines Design for different user types Contribute to non-design company needs Be receptive to analytics and business decisions and iterate on your work accordingly You are/have/know: A strong, web-based portfolio Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator A degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Design is preferred Startup experience, a plus Growth/Marketing experience, a plus Fun-loving 0-2 years of work experience NOT an asshole About HireReady HireReady is an education platform that teaches vocational skills to those looking for jobs in hospitality and food services.
