Eagle Eye Produce is a premiere grower shipper with more than 30,000 acres under cultivation. We grow in multiple states in the United States as well as several locations in Mexico. Position Summary:

The Marketing Assistant will focus on creating and managing content that connects with our audience. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager, this role involves designing eye-catching graphics, scheduling social media posts, editing videos, and coordinating marketing tasks. It's all about telling our brand's story in creative and engaging ways. If you're passionate about creating impactful content and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

Required Skills / Competencies:

Knowledge Areas:
• Social media trends, marketing strategies, and branding basics
• Graphic design principles and creating visuals that align with the company's identity
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals

Technical/Communication Skills:
• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
• Basic reporting and analytics skills to track campaign performance and share insights

Experience:
• Pursuing or holding a degree in a related field
• 1-3 years' experience in design/marketing or a related field

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and schedule engaging posts for social media platforms
• Create and schedule email campaigns
• Design graphics for social media, emails, flyers, and events
• Assist with planning and supporting marketing events and campaigns
• Track and report performance of social media and email campaigns
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and refine marketing ideas.

Expected Hours of Work:
• This position requires approximately 40 hours per week

Work Environment:
• Duties and responsibilities are performed in an office, as well as a warehouse setting
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment

Physical Demands:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Exposure to temperatures of approximately 42° in the warehouse
• Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Travel:
• Driving is an essential job function for this position in order to perform duties across all Eagle Eye Produce locations. A valid driver's license is required if using employee's own vehicle or company vehicle to perform duties
• Able to fly on company and commercial aircraft to all Eagle Eye Produce locations, possible trainings and events
