Must Have: Figma UX Content Writer Nice to Have: Application Localization User Research UX app design Workshop Facilitation JOB DESCRIPTION As a User Experience Content Designer on the Customer Centered Design team, you will approach design through the lens of language, collaborating with the UX content design lead, UI/UX designers, user researchers, clinical experts, and marketing to distill complex medical information into digestible content that is easy to understand and act upon. We empower individuals with knowledge so they can make informed decisions about their health, adhere to treatment plans, and effectively manage their condition. Our content and its design helps foster user trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty to our platform. A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating exceptional content design solutions is a requirement for application. A Day in the Life Design, write, edit and test clear, compelling in-product language to help users and their caregivers safely and effectively manage their diabetes. Collaborate and contribute to UI designs using Figma to communicate concepts and designs to internal partners. Partner with our localization and translations team to ensure product experiences are of the highest quality in every language. Develop content for mobile apps that meet user, caregiver, and business needs, align with UX strategy, and are technically feasible. Develop a content design process that is scalable, delivers consistency, creates efficiencies, and supports cross-team collaboration. Create processes and tools to support the UX Content Design practice. This includes defining extensible design system guidance, conducting audits of existing experiences, extending brand guidance from marketing, or creating content frameworks. Work closely with product leads, the design team, and development programs to plan content design efforts and define goals. Participate in initial exploration processes to identify user needs and opportunities to satisfy those needs. Interact directly with users through human-centered design techniques including participation in observational research, interviews, and concept testing to uncover needs, learn about user behavior and explore content design concepts. Direct the creation of interactive prototypes. Lead content definition activities, such as workshops and requirements sessions. As such, the experience is evolving; people living with diabetes have a stronger voice in therapy choice, care is transitioning away from specialists, and the role of artificial intelligence is elevating care. Bachelor's Degree required with 7+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience. Working knowledge of HTML / CSS / JavaScript / XML Work effectively with all levels of the organization Communicate clearly, in written, verbal, and visual forms, with both technical and non-technical team members. Ability to quickly understand and become proficient in domain knowledge. Working knowledge of diabetes therapy, clinical data, business plans and competitive products.
