Job Title: Web Developer Job Location: Boston, MA Duration: 06 - 12 Months (Extendable) Assignment Type: Hybrid Need Locals Only Due to Work Requirements Job Description: Required A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, web development, or a closely related field Two to four years of experience Familiarity with writing RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs. Knowledge of principles and best practices of web page and website design, construction, and maintenance Knowledge of languages used in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL Knowledge of standard web strategies including client- and server-side processing, backend databases, and middleware. Knowledge of, and ability to follow, web content accessibility guidelines to meet federal and state requirements Preferred Knowledge of Drupal or WordPress Experience using PostgreSQL and writing SQL for queries and data manipulation Familiarity with Amazon Web Services Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience writing technical documentation Hours/Week, Length of Assignment
